TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FORD TAURUS. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 15V040000 (STRUCTURE). THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER, WHO INSPECTED THE VEHICLE AND NOTICED THAT THE DOOR LATCH CRACKED. ALSO, THE TECHNICIAN NOTIFIED THE CONTACT THAT THE PART NEEDED FOR THE REPAIR WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT THE MANUFACTURER EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 24,000.
