Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 CHEVROLET TRAVERSE. WHILE PUTTING ITEMS IN THE TRUNK OF THE VEHICLE, AN UNUSUALLY LOUD DROPPING NOISE EMITTED OUTSIDE OF THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT DISCOVERED THE FRONT AND PASSENGER SIDE STRUTS DETACHED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 110,000.
