Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 MAZDA 5. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THERE WAS A KNOCKING SOUND COMING FROM THE ENGINE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE BEARINGS WERE CHIPPING INTO THE ENGINE, CAUSING THE ENGINE TO KNOCK. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 144,000.
