TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 JEEP LIBERTY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT AN AFTERMARKET TOW HITCH WAS PREVIOUSLY INSTALLED ON THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 13V252000 (FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE, STRUCTURE); HOWEVER, THE DEALER REFUSED TO REMEDY THE RECALL. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE ISSUE. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE.
