Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 JEEP CHEROKEE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE COMING TO A STOP AT A TRAFFIC LIGHT, THE VEHICLE STALLED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE START SYSTEM DISENGAGED AFTER THE FAILURE, BUT THE VEHICLE STILL STALLED WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS. THE BATTERY WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TURNED OFF AND WAS ABLE TO RESTART AFTER THE THIRD ATTEMPT. THE FAILURE RECURRED INTERMITTENTLY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 2,200.
