Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 FORD ESCAPE. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 45 MPH, THE REAR PASSENGER SIDE OF THE VEHICLE STARTED SHAKING VIOLENTLY. THE CONTACT OBSERVED RUST ON THE REAR PASSENGER SIDE TIRE. THE FAILURE RECURRED CONTINUOUSLY CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO BECOME INOPERABLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 150,000.
