TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 CHRYSLER 300. WHILE DRIVING AT 35 MPH, THE RADIO EXPLODED WITH GLASS FRAGMENTS AND THERE WAS SMOKE COMING OUT FROM THE RADIO. THE CONTACT WAS INJURED AND MEDICAL ATTENTION WAS REQUIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER, WHERE THE VEHICLE WAS DIAGNOSED. THE CONTACT WAS NOT AWARE OF WHAT REPAIRS NEEDED TO BE MADE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 77,000. ...UPDATED 09/15/15 *BF
