TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 TOYOTA COROLLA. WHILE ENTERING THE GARAGE, THE VEHICLE ACCELERATED WITHOUT WARNING AND PULLED TO THE SIDE. AS A RESULT, THE CONTACT CRASHED INTO THE SIDE OF THE GARAGE. THE AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. THERE WERE NO INJURIES. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 46,281.
