Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 JEEP LIBERTY. WHILE DRIVING 10 MPH, THE LOWER BALL JOINTS FAILED AND RESULTED IN THE WHEEL COLLAPSING. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE CONTACT REPAIRED THE VEHICLE ON THREE OCCASIONS; HOWEVER, THE REPAIR DETAILS WERE NOT AVAILABLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 125,000.
