TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 DODGE RAM 2500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS FAILED WHILE DRIVING IN RAINY WEATHER CONDITIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE WINDSHIELD WIPER MODULE FAILED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 90,000.
