TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 DODGE RAM 2500. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS BEING SERVICED BY THE DEALER, THE TECHNICIAN INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THE VEHICLE'S UPPER, LOWER, AND U JOINTS WERE FRACTURED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 154,000.
