MY DAUGHTER AND I WAS STOPPED AT A STOP LIGHT AND A LADY REAR ENDED US AND HER SEATBELT NEVER CAUGHT AND SHE HIT THE DASHBOARD HEAD ON AND Y SEATBELT CAUGHT AND RELEASED AND I HIT THE STEERING WHEEL HEAD ON.
