TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 TOYOTA TUNDRA. AFTER INSPECTING THE VEHICLE, IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE FRAME WAS RUSTED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE FRAME NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 39,000.
