Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 TOYOTA RAV4. WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS STARTED, THE DRIVER SIDE AIR BAG WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE HORN AND THE CRUISE CONTROL FAILED TO OPERATE. THE CONTACT SPOKE WITH THE DEALER WHERE THE TECHNICIAN STATED THAT THE SPIRAL CORE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 244,000.
