TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 BUICK LACROSSE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THERE WAS A NOISE COMING FROM THE STEERING WHEEL. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER TWICE AND THEY WERE UNABLE TO REPLICATE THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 29,000.
