TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 HONDA ODYSSEY. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 5 MPH, THERE WAS AN ABNORMAL RATTLING SOUND AND THE STEERING WHEEL BECAME DIFFICULT TO TURN. THE FAILURE RECURRED MULTIPLE TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 103,000. UPDATED 8/10/15*CN
