ENGINE SHUT OFF WHILE DRIVING 35 MPH. WAS ABLE TO RESTART IT. SECOND INCIDENT HORN AND WIPERS GO OFF AND CAN NOT BE SHUT OFF. HAS HAPPENED WHILE DRIVING AND WHILE CAR IS SITTING.
