Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 JEEP CHEROKEE. WHILE DRIVING AT 35 MPH, THE VEHICLE WOULD VIBRATE. THE CONTACT RECEIVED A RECALL NOTIFICATION FOR THE REAR SUSPENSION SHOCK ABSORBER; HOWEVER, THE PART TO DO THE REPAIR WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 8,500.
