THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. THE CONTACT EXPERIENCED WHAT WAS DESCRIBED IN THE RECALL, FOR THE LAST TWO YEARS.
