TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 GMC SIERRA 3500. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 60 MPH, THE VEHICLE UNINTENTIONALLY ACCELERATED WITHOUT WARNING. IN ADDITION, WHILE DRIVING 25 MPH, THE VEHICLE ACCELERATED UNINTENTIONALLY WHEN THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 14,638.
