2014 KIA SOUL. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO ACCELERATOR PEDAL RECALL ISSUES. *SMD THE CONSUMER STATED DRIVING ON ROUGH ROADS THE VEHICLE WOULD BOUNCE AND ROCK. THE CONSUMER STATED WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS ON THE LIFT, SHE NOTICED A RUSTED AREA WITH A RUSTED BOLT HOLDING TWO PIECES COMPONENTS TOGETHER. *JB
