TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 FORD EDGE. WHILE DRIVING 40 MPH, THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED AND THE SEAT INDEPENDENTLY MOVED FORWARD. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE SEAT TRACK NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 55,000.
