TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 CHEVROLET HHR. WHILE DRIVING FROM A COMPLETE STOP, THERE WAS HESITATION WHEN THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL WAS APPLIED. THE FAILURE RECURRED ON A SEPARATE OCCASION WHILE DRIVING 30 MPH. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 53,700.
