Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 KIA SORENTO. WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE REAR END OF THE VEHICLE WOULD VIBRATE AND SHAKE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER, WHO INDICATED THAT THE TIRES NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AND THE SUSPENSION NEEDED TO BE ALIGNED. THE FOUR TIRES WERE REPLACED AND THE SUSPENSION WAS ALIGNED BUT THE FAILURE REOCCURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 56,000.
