TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 DODGE JOURNEY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DRIVER SIDE DOOR HANDLE CHROME PLATE WAS DETERIORATED. A SHARP PIECE OF MATERIAL BRUISED THE CONTACT'S HAND. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 25,000.
