TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 CADILLAC STS. WHILE DRIVING AT 45 MPH, THE VEHICLE KEPT ACCELERATING WHILE THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED. THE FAILURE RECURRED THREE TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER, BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 30,000.
