Consumer Description

I STOPPED AND PARKED THE VEHICLE AT A STORE. I TURNED THE SWITCH OFF BUT COULD NOT REMOVE THE KEY. I TRIED SEVERAL TIMES BY RESTARTING THE VEHICLE AND SHUTTING IT DOWN BUT WAS UNABLE TO REMOVE THE KEY FROM THE IGNITION SWITCH. I STOPPED TRYING FOR ABOUT 15 SECONDS AND WAS THEN ABLE TO RESTART THE VEHICLE. APPROXIMATELY 10 MINUTES LATER I WAS ABLE TO START, STOP AND REMOVE THE KEY OK. I DROVE ACROSS THE STREET TO THE POST OFFICE AND THE SAME SITUATION OCCURRED WITH THE SAME RESULTS. THERE HAVE BEEN NO FURTHER INCIDENCES SINCE. I WENT TO THE DODGE DEALER AND THEY SAID (ESSENTIALLY) "SORRY CHARLIE, IT'S YOUR PROBLEM. WE HAVEN'T RECEIVED PARTS TO SERVICE YOUR RECALL". *TR
