TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 TOYOTA CAMRY. WHILE DRIVING AT 10 MPH, SMOKE EMITTED INTO THE VEHICLE AND THE CONTACT NOTICED FLAMES COMING FROM THE DRIVER SIDE POWER WINDOW SWITCH. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO EXTINGUISH THE FIRE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE CONTACT WAS AWARE OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 12V491000 (VISIBILITY), BUT THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 107,000.
