Consumer Description

I FILED A COMPLAINT A WEEK AGO UNDER NHTSA ID NUMBER 10706397. MY CAR IS AT THE DODGE DEALERSHIP FOR A WEEK NOW WAITING ON AN ALTERNATOR. THE ALTERNATOR ARRIVED TODAY AND WAS BAD OUT OF THE BOX. THE ALTERNATOR WAS LOCKED UP. I WAS TOLD IT WOULD NOW BE AT LEAST 2 MORE DAYS BEFORE IT IS REPAIRED. IT SEEMS TO ME LIKE THERE ARE ALOT OF PROBLEMS WITH THE 180V ALTERNATORS LIKE THERE WERE WITH THE 160V. *TR
