Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 DODGE JOURNEY. WHILE TRAVELING 35 MPH, THE TRANSMISSION FAILED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT SMOKE APPEARED UNDER THE HOOD AND FLUID LEAKED UNDERNEATH THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE TRANSMISSION WAS REPAIRED PREVIOUSLY UNDER AN EXTENDED WARRANTY. THE VEHICLE WAS DIAGNOSED THE TECHNICIAN VERIFIED AN ISOLATED OIL LEAK TO THE POWER TRANSFER UNIT, AS THE CASE WAS CRACKED. THE POWER TRANSFER UNIT WAS REPLACED. . THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 33,166.
