TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 FORD F-250. WHILE DRIVING 75 MPH, THE STEERING WHEEL WAS TURNED LEFT AND RIGHT, BUT THE WHEELS TURNED TO THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER. THE TECHNICIAN DIAGNOSED THAT THE STEERING BOX FAILED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE.
