TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 TOYOTA SIENNA. WHILE DRIVING AT 5 MPH, THE REAR PASSENGER SIDE WINDOW WAS ACTIVATED AND THE WINDOW FRACTURED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC, WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE WINDOW NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE.
