TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 TOYOTA SIENNA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REAR WINDOWS AND VENT WINDOWS FAILED TO OPEN. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHO STATED THAT THE PART NEEDED TO DO THE REPAIR WAS ON BACK ORDER. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.
