TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 FORD TAURUS. WHILE DRIVING AT 60 MPH, THE DRIVER AND PASSENGER SIDE HEAD LAMPS AND THE INSTRUMENT PANEL BECAME INOPERABLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED.
