TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 DODGE DURANGO. WHEN ATTEMPTING TO REFUEL THE VEHICLE, FUEL EJECTED OUT OF THE FILLER NECK. THE FAILURE RECURRED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER. THE TECHNICIAN DIAGNOSED THAT THE FUEL TANK INLET CHECK VALVE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE CONTACT WAS AWARE OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 09V003000 (FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE) BUT THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED. THE VIN WAS INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14V817000 (AIR BAGS); HOWEVER, THE PART NEEDED TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE.
