TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 HONDA CR-V. WHILE PARKED AT THE CONTACT'S RESIDENCE, THE VEHICLE MOVED FORWARD INDEPENDENTLY AND CRASHED INTO THE GARAGE DOOR. THERE WERE NO INJURIES. PRIOR TO THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE OCCURRED ON TWO OCCASIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 11V395000 (POWER TRAIN).
