Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 DODGE RAM 2500. WHILE DRIVING AT AN UNKNOWN SPEED, THE VEHICLE CAUGHT FIRE WHICH INITIATED UNDER THE HOOD. THE FIRE DEPARTMENT EXTINGUISHED THE FIRE OUT ON THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED AND TOWED AWAY. THE CAUSE OF THE FIRE WAS UNKNOWN. PRIOR TO THE FAILURE, THE VEHICLE DISPLAYED AN ERROR MESSAGE STATING TO CHECK THE FUEL SYSTEM. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 25,000.
