Consumer Description

OVER THE LAST FEW MONTHS, FREQUENTLY MY 2007 CAMRY DASHBOARD DISPLAYS ERRONEOUS INFORMATION - TACH, SPEEDOMETER AND TEMPERATURE GAGE READ ZERO AND BRAKE AND ABS LIGHTS GO ON. CLEARLY THESE ARE SAFETY ISSUES. ALSO, THE AIR CONDITIONER GOES OFF AND THE AIR COMING OUT OF THE DUCTS GOES TO FULL HOT. DEALERSHIP INDICATES THEY HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THE PROBLEM BEFORE AND THEREFORE DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO FIX IT. I SEE MANY SIMILAR COMPLAINTS ON THE WEB AND NOTICED THAT THE CAMRY HYBRID HAS A RECALL FOR SOMETHING THAT LOOKS SIMILAR TO THIS SAFETY ISSUE. *TR
