Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 GMC SIERRA 1500. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 50 MPH, THE LOW OIL PRESSURE STOP ENGINE WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO DEALER, WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE OIL PRESSURE RELEASE VALVE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 99,908.
