SEPTEMBER 11, 2014 RECEIVED RECALL L25/NHTSA 14V-373. DID NOT HEAR ANYTHING FOR THREE MONTHS, CALLED CHRYSLER SAID NO PARTS AVAILABLE, WAITING ON MANUFACTURE. TODAY I WAS WONDERING IF THEY HAD MADE THE PARTS YET? CALLED FIVE DIFFERENT TIMES, EACH TIME ON HOLD FOR A MINIMUM 25 MINUTES. I WOULD SOON LIKE TO TAKE GRANDCHILDREN ON VACATION, BUT AM CONCERNED ABOUT THIS SAFETY FACTOR. DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW MANY YEARS IT TAKES TO MANUFACTURE THESE SAFETY PARTS? *TR
