Consumer Description

2012 FORD FOCUS. DRIVER SEATBELT GOT STUCK. COULD NOT GET OUT OF THE CAR. TOOK OVER 15 MINUTES BEFORE I COULD FINALLY GET IT TO DISENGAGE. NOW IT WONT ENGAGE. THE METAL TONGUE GOES IN BUT DOES NOT CATCH. THE SEATBELT WARNING CONTINUES EVEN WHEN I HOLD IT INSIDE THE CLASP. I AM NERVOUS AND DISTRACTED NOW WITH THE SEATBELT NOT WORKING. THIS FOR ME IS A SERIOUS SAFETY CONCERN. *TR
