Consumer Description

WE HAVE A 2010 GMC TERRAIN AND THE HATCH DOOR OPENS ON ITS OWN. IT OCCURS WHILE PARKED AND WHILE DRIVING, HAPPENING SEVERAL TIMES A WEEK AND OFTEN SEVERAL TIMES A DAY. WE HAVE CLOSED AND LOCKED THE DOOR/CAR WITH THE BUTTON IN THE CAR, WITH THE KEY AND MANUALLY AND IT STILL OCCURS. THE HATCH LATCH HAS BEEN REPLACED BUT THE PROBLEM CONTINUES. NOT ONLY COULD SOMETHING FALL OUT OF THE BACK AND CAUSE AN ACCIDENT, IT LEAVES US OPEN TO THEFT AS WELL AS BEING A NUISANCE AND A WORRY. *TR
