TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 KIA OPTIMA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FRONT DRIVER AND PASSENGER SIDE HEAD RESTS WERE DESIGNED WITH AN INTERIOR BAR COVERED BY FABRIC. OVER A PERIOD OF TIME, THE METAL PROTRUDED AND CAUSED DISCOMFORT. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 70,000. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.
