THIS IS REGUARDING THE SAFETY RECALL P41/NHTSA14V-438. PARTS ARE STILL NOT AVAILABLE TO FIX THIS. I HAVE SPENT NUMEROUS HOURS, ONCE 3 HOURS WAITING TO SPEAK WITH A REP. NO ADDITUONAL INFORMATION HAS BEEN SENT OUT BY JEEP. THIS IS APPAULING! SINCE THE LETTER I HAVE MADE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO FIX THE RECALL AND DEALERS CANT EVEN GET THE PART. PLEASE HELP. *JS
