Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 GMC ACADIA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT APPROXIMATELY 55 MPH, THE LIGHTS ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL FLASHED AND THE ENGINE STALLED. THE VEHICLE RESTARTED AFTER NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS. THE FAILURE RECURRED TWICE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER, BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14V614000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM). THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 2,000.
