Consumer Description

WHILE DRIVING ON A SIDE STREET GOING NO MORE THAN 25 MILES AN HOUR I SUDDENLY THE ABILITY TO DRIVE MY TRUCK. IT SPUN OUT A TOTAL OF 3 TIMES BEFORE GOING OVER A CURB AND HITTING A TREE. IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THERE WAS A COMPLETE FAILURE OF THE REAR AXLE AND I COULD NOT OF CONTROLLED OR CAUSED THE ACCIDENT. *TR
