Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 NISSAN MAXIMA. WHEN TRYING TO START THE VEHICLE, THE "NO KEY" WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. AS A RESULT, THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT START. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE STEERING COLUMN UNIT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 82,000.
