RECALL P 51 - FAULTY IGNITION SWITCH... REPORTED TO OWNERS, SEPTEMBER 2014... JEEP HAS NOT PROVIDED A FIX AND DO NOT HAVE ANY IDEA WHEN IT WILL BE AVAILABLE... I CALLED JEEP THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER ON THE RECALL NOTICE AND THE VOICE SYSTEM PUTS YOU ON HOLD FOREVER (I FINALLY HUNG UP AFTER 1 HOUR)... IT'S OBVIOUS THAT JEEP DOESN'T WANT TO FIX THIS PROBLEM... YOU NEED TO MAKE THEM DO IT... THANKS...
