TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 FORD FUSION. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE LOW BEAM BECAME ABNORMALLY DIM CAUSING THE VISIBILITY TO BECOME POOR FROM A DISTANCE.
