Consumer Description

WHILE TRAVELING TO WORK AT APPROXIMATELY 65 MPH ON US 53 IN EAU CLAIRE, WI. THE 3-5-R WAVEPLATE IN MY 2009 GMC ACADIA BROKE CAUSING MY VEHICLE TO RAPIDLY DECELERATE. LUCKILY THERE WAS NO OTHER VEHICLES NEAR ME AT THE TIME AND I WAS ABLE TO PULL TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD AND STOP WITHOUT INCIDENT. AFTER RESEARCHING THE INTERNET IT APPEARS THAT THIS IS A COMMON FAILURE OF THE 2007-2009 ACADIA/OUTLOOK VEHICLES. *TR
